ABOUT Baiqu Gonkar
Baiqu has worked at the intersection of creativity, tech, and social good since graduating from University.
Starting her first venture at 23, Baiqu has been leveraging her experience in tech entrepreneurship as a startup and investment consultant. From publishing to biotech, she has worked across multiple industries to build products that can make a positive contribution to people’s lives.
In 2015, Baiqu founded Art Represent, a non-profit with the mission to empower artists affected by conflict. Working with partners around the globe, Art Represent has launched impact projects in 5 countries across 3 continents, supporter over 50 artists from Syria to North Korea. Baiqu is regularly invited to speak on the importance of the arts and authentic representation in creating socio-political cohesion.

In the short-run, we offer tailored career support by creating curated real-life, authentic content generated by real people of the millennial generation working the industries. Practitioners with 4–7 years of experience can offer as many insights (or more!) as 50-year-old CEOs and Directors about how to break into the industry.
This way, young job seekers can interact with mentors using social media live (visit our Linkedin page, Instagram coming soon), and blog posts.
User-generated blog posts, interviews, and tips will also be very welcome.
In the long run, the ultimate goal of this platform is to grow into the forefront community for the Future of Work for social scientists.
